Amir A. Ladan is a practicing attorney and founder of The Ladan Law Firm. A Zeta Phi alumnus, Amir brings legal expertise and a deep commitment to brother­hood to the Foundation's board.

Amir's legal practice encompasses a broad range of disciplines, and his experience navigating complex matters has made him a valued advisor to the Foundation on governance and organizational matters. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of TKE brothers and helping them find their footing in the professional world.

David Michail is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, operating at the intersection of technology and private equity. He has been an active mentor in the Foundation's mentor-mentee program and a tireless advocate for alumni engagement.

Through Hyperworks and Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners, David has built and scaled businesses across multiple sectors. His passion for giving back to the chapter that shaped him led him to personally participate as a mentor — pairing with active members and helping them navigate career decisions with the clarity of hindsight.

John has spoken to the chapter about entrepreneurship, resilience, and the importance of staying intellectually curious — lessons he traces directly back to his time in TKE at Rollins.

John Myers brings decades of corporate governance and financial oversight experience from a distinguished career at PepsiCo. As a former Vice President of Corporate Audit, John offers the Foundation rigorous financial stewardship.

During his tenure at PepsiCo, John oversaw audit functions spanning global operations, developing the discipline and precision that now informs his work as a Foundation board member. He is particularly passionate about ensuring that donor contributions are managed with the highest standards of accountability and impact.

Mark Teroerde is the Founder and CEO of Conexus Metals LLC. A 2008 Rollins alumnus, Mark has built a successful career in the metals and commodities industry and is a passionate advocate for connecting current TKE brothers with real-world opportunity.

Through Conexus Metals, Mark has developed an expertise in supply chain, trading, and international business. He has participated in the Foundation's internship program as a mentor and served as a TKE Talks speaker. Mark believes strongly that every frater deserves access to the kind of career guidance that changes outcomes.

Nick's practice at Morgan & Morgan focuses on advocating for clients who need a strong voice in their corner — a philosophy that carries directly into his Foundation work.
