Past Mentors and Mentees

Cole Siefer – 2022 Zeta Phi Initiate

I had the privilege of meeting David Michail nearly two years ago at a TKE Talk hosted by Jim Kwik. While the event was filled with valuable insights and memory techniques that I still use today, the true highlight was connecting with David. Since then, he has been a steady source of guidance and support, particularly during some of the most challenging moments in my business and frankly life. From advising me through the difficult decision to part ways with a partner who was stealing from the company to helping me navigate the complexities of bringing on investors and developing management strategies, David's mentorship has been invaluable.

Beyond his advice, David has also introduced me to crucial networking opportunities that have significantly advanced my business. His support has gone far beyond professional help—he's become a trusted friend and mentor. I am truly delighted to have formed this invaluable connection through TKE, and I look forward to one day passing it forward to another young, aspiring brother in the same way David has done for me. I can honestly say that without his guidance, I wouldn’t be where I am today, and I am deeply grateful for his ongoing impact in both my life and career.

David Michail – Mentor

When I met Cole at the Jim Kwik event, I was intrigued with this young man who decided to leave Rollins after his Freshman year to start his own medical spa/longevity business. I admire young leaders that are not afraid to take chances and bet on themselves, especially at such a young age when most men his age are focusing on partying.

Cole seemed to me like a young thoroughbred eager to get into the race of life and saw no value in wasting time with unpractical education. I found him intelligent, thoughtful, humble, curious and most importantly, a deep desire to learn and succeed at business.

Mentoring Cole has been an extreme joy as he has faced many “people” challenges in his business over the past two years, most of what we would learn through years of mistakes and misjudgments before we can become experts. I am more than happy to share whatever wisdom I have acquired over my 30+ years in business, and most importantly, teaching him how to read people, create mental models for personality archetypes and accurately predict how they will react to a given situation.

I am greatly enriched to be of service to Cole in his life’s journey and be a small contributing factor for him to become the best man that he can, so he can have a positive impact on the lives of others. Paying it forward is what makes this relationship so rewarding for me personally.
